Refund policy

Registration fees paid by a player are generally non-refundable. However, if a registered player does not meet the eligibility criteria specified by RCPL for participation, the registration fee paid by that player will be refunded. In all other circumstances, including withdrawal from participation, change of decision, failure to attend trials, or any other personal reason, the registration fee will be non-refundable.

For RCPL jerseys, the jersey amount is non-refundable. Players are required to select their preferred jersey size carefully at the time of ordering. If the received jersey has a size-related issue, an exchange may be provided, subject to availability and RCPL’s exchange conditions. No cash or payment refund will be provided for jerseys.

Any eligible registration fee refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the registration, subject to verification of the registration details.
